What is female super mutant?

Female super mutants are genetically engineered female humans that have been mutated by the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV) which also causes the creation of male super mutants. They are typically larger, stronger, and more aggressive than average humans. The physical appearance of female super mutants may vary depending on the game or media in which they appear, but they generally have a muscular build and a greenish hue to their skin.

In the Fallout game series, female super mutants are known to have been created by the Master, a main antagonist in the first Fallout game, who was obsessed with using FEV to create a new, more perfect species. Other female super mutants have been created by factions such as the Enclave or Institute, both of which are organizations within the Fallout universe known for their advanced technological capabilities.

While female super mutants may not be as commonly depicted as male super mutants, they are still a formidable force in the Fallout universe. Their increased strength, resilience, and ability to wield powerful weapons makes them formidable opponents in combat. However, some female super mutants have shown an increased intelligence and even empathy towards humans, making them potentially valuable allies to those who are able to earn their trust.
